What is FollowerStat.com and what can it do for me?
FollowerStat.com is a web site that allows you to track and analyze the statistics of your Instagram profile.
Our goal is to make FollowerStat.com the reference site for monitoring, analyzing and studying your online presence.

Do I have to provide the logins of my Instagram account in order to see the statistics?
Absolutely not! We don't need them nor will we ever ask you for them.

Is registration mandatory?
By registering you'll have access to a control panel from where you can easily keep all of your profiles and their follower statists. This way you won't have to remember them and all you need to do is log in to your account on FollowerStat.com.

How many Instagram profiles can I see?
Everyone you want! There is no limit to the number of profiles you can analyze statistics for.

Which Instagram profiles can I see statistics from?
Thanks to FollowerStat.com you can access the statistics of any Instagram profile, as long as it's not private or the profile is not limited by restrictions of any kind (major age, sensitive content, etc...).
Just enter the username of the account you want to see in the search field to see or create their profile statistics.

How do I add a profile to favorites?
To add a profile to your favorites, you must first be registered.
Once registered, visiting the report of any profile you will see (next to its name) a heart-shaped icon. Click on the icon to add that profile to your favorites!
Now you can access the list of your favorites from the top menu. Click on your name, and the menu will expand; the second item "Favorites" will take you to the page where you will find the complete list of your favorite profiles.

How many favorites can I have with my account?
By registering on the site, your FREE account will not allow you to have any favorites. By upgrading your plan (for a fee) to ENTRY, you can manage up to 10, or up to 30 for the AGENCY or LIFETIME plans.

How do I see future growth forecasts?
Account growth forecasts, as well as other features and data, are available only to registered users of the AGENCY or LIFETIME plans. This plans allows you access forecasts, analyses of the latest posts, and the possibility to export daily details in Excel CSV format.

Can I get historical data for my Instagram analysis?
We start collecting your data from the moment you add one of your profiles to FollowerStat.com. All the data collected will be completely accurate, as these are extracted directly from your Instagram profile. Instagram does not allow any API call to its data, so it is not possible to know any data for your profile until you enter it on FollowerStat.com. In conclusion, if the analyzed profile does not have a history (that is, if it has not already been analyzed by some other user) you will start to obtain the history from the moment of registration.

How can I check if a report already has historical data?
You can do this in 3 ways:
1) in the upper part of the report, the date from which we started analyzing the profile is always mentioned, as well as the date of the last check, in the format "Tracked since DAY MONTH, YEAR. Updated on DAY MONTH, YEAR, at HOUR:MINUTE (UTC+1)"
2) if the profile has just been generated, and therefore does not even have one day of historical data, at the top of the page you will see a warning - on a blue background - which reports: "It seems that we have started to analyze this profile only recently...".
3) you can check the presence of the history from the feature People Statistics Summary > Select Range, looking at the available dates in the calendar.

How often are statistics updated?
If you are a registered user, just add profiles to your favorites and our system will update their statistics every day.
If you are not a registered user, the update of the statistics for the profiles tracked by FollowerStat.com is carried out only when the profile itself is recalled by a user.
Keep in mind that our system will not update statistics if the last update was made within the 24 hour time frame.
If you visit the report for a particular profile again before 24 hours have elapsed, the statistics will not be updated anyway.

Do you want your profile statistics to be always up to date?
You will need to come back every day or register.

After creating a new profile report, future projection data is not yet available. Why?
We need the complete data for at least 5 days to calculate a growth forecast. After this short period (fundamental to understand the progress of your statistics), we will be able to calculate the growth forecasts for your profile.

How is the Engagement value of my Instagram profile calculated?
Engagement is the numerical value based on the relationship between the number of followers and the interactions on the photos/videos (i.e. "posts"). We calculate this data from the average of the last 10 published posts.

How many days are shown on the graph by statistics?
When you access the profile report page, we will basically show you the last 30 days but you can use the convenient "Date Range" function to indicate how many days to see in the report.

Can I download my report data?
Yes! You can export the daily data in PDF format. Users in Agency or LIFETIME Plans can download daily statistics in CSV format.

Do you provide indications if the profile is used to do Following / Unfollowing?
No, for 2 simple reasons:
- firstly, we believe that the Following / Unfollowing technique is not a wrong thing to do nothing but a normal marketing technique to introduce yourself to third parties.
- secondly, any algorithm that claims to have this data is only an interpretation. It is therefore unreliable as it cannot distinguish manual marketing from that done incorrectly.

There are many sites that evaluate and provide percentage scores on the activities of the so-called "influencers". However these percentages  do not tell the whole story ...

We at FollowerStat.com firmly believe that only by providing brands with a complete overview of the historical data of an account, it is possible to understand what they are doing and if it is suitable for your marketing campaign.

Why has my account been disabled?
Periodically our staff checks the database to optimize the server load. Among the optimization operations we do, we also take care of identifying FREE accounts (i.e., who do not have an active paid subscription) that have not been used for over 60 days.
These accounts are removed to lighten the workload, as they are considered abandoned.
Furthermore, this also reflects our respect for your privacy; in fact we avoid retaining data of users who no longer use our service.

Why have I been banned and can no longer register?
Are you really wondering ?! Surely you did something against our Terms of Service, and what's more you did it on purpose..
We are not in the habit of banning easily, so if you have been banned, it is because you have done something wrong.
Despite of this, if you believe that we were wrong, you are free to contact us, giving us your explanation. We will be happy to re-evaluate the possibility of re-admitting you to the service.

Why "OFFER US A BEER?"
FollowerStat.com is an app that we develops as a secondary project, which over time has evolved to what it is today.
We want the service to continue to remain free for most end users, but we would be hypocrites not to say that there are fixed costs, such as: servers, proxies, technical assistance, etc.
